Class A Notes

Class A Notes offer investors a 10% simple annual interest rate, providing a high-return opportunity for those committing $250,000 or more. Class B Notes

Class B Notes offer investors an 8% simple annual interest rate, providing a solid return opportunity for those committing $100,000 or more. This tier is ideal for individuals seeking dependable, steady returns with a lower minimum capital requirement than Class A Notes. Availability is limited to qualified investors meeting the minimum threshold.

Class C Notes

Class C Notes and/or Equity, Manager may make exceptions through addenda at its own discretion based on the amount invested regarding returns and length of time money will be committed to the Company.
